So far we are really happy with this season, we’ve only missed on two of the combos we’ve tried for and those are Pastel Calico and Hypo Cinnamon, oh well we’ve got this guy!

Check back often as we are adding some awesome stuff in the next few weeks, such as Lesser and Mojave Cinnamon Females, Emperor Pin Female, Tiger Male those are just a few of what we have on the way as far as new additions and we still have stuff to hatch!

Thanks for reading feel free to comment we appreciate your input!

An Exciting Day!

July 16th, 2010

We have been wating for anxiously for this guy to come out of the egg (yeah a BOY how unheard of is that).

Here is the First Mojave Champagne!

blog521

This season couldn’t have been better (as far as hatching our combos, maybe less slugs but take we’re taking that as a grain of salt) We are excited for the coming season we are pumping our 2010 Males to size so we can get the combos we want in 2011. We’ll have a projected list up as soon as our last cluth hatches but by what we have planned so far it is going to be nuts.

Check back often to see what we have for this coming season!

Seasons going great!

July 7th, 2010

Our season is going great, we have some cool stuff hatching this week, one clutch being Champagne X Mojave. We hit the Champagne Mojave and it is sweet! The first in the world! It’s not out yet but when it’s out we will post some pictures! We dont have that many more females to lay only 3 or 4 more but they are going to be good clutches! We have some cool stuff in the holdback rack already some being Spinner Het Hypo, Spinner Het Albino, Calico Het Hypo, Fire Het Hypo, Champagnes, Champagne Het Hypos, Spinnerblasts, Bumblebees, and a bunch more! I posted a pic of a Pastel on eggs bred by a Lesserbee and Champagne, she laid 10 eggs! That’s it for now until that Champagne X Mojave clutch comes out.

Thanks for Looking!

It’s been a while!

June 14th, 2010

Sorry we haven’t blogged in such a long time, we have been really busy lately. We will definitely try and blog every week from now on. We have some cool stuff hatching within the next week or so some being, Calico Het Hypos, Spinner Het Hypos, Spinner Het Albinos, Spider Het Albinos, Pin Het Albinos, Fires, Cinnamon Het Hypos, DH Hypo Pieds, and maybe some Pastel Calicos! Exciting stuff! Anyways heres a couple pictures of some weird snakes we hathced out a little while ago. The first clutch was from a Cinnamon Het Hypo X a strange looking female. There is definitely something different going on, compared to regular Cinnamons the babies have a crazy granite look to them, a really thin stripe down the back, really faded heads and some othere weird things.

Heres a pic of 2 of the Cinnamon cross things, we hatched out 4 of them but took a pic of just 2 of them.

Out of Town…

June 4th, 2010

We will be leaving to go out of town today and won’t be back until the 12th, so if there is any delays in emails we apologize. Also we will not be able to ship through those days. We have a lot of things to update on so when we get back expect to see a long blog! Thanks!

More Hatchlings…

May 21st, 2010

Just hatched another clutch today from Spinner X Normal, we thought the mom might have been a Chocolate but it looks like shes just a Normal. We are happy with what we got though. We got a Spinner Male, A Spider Female, a Pastel 50% Het Albino ( Yes we had our Pastel Het Albino in there a couple times) and 1.1 Normals. We have a few other clutches hatching in the next couple weeks that are really exciting! Also stay tuned for another blog post next week as we should have some new snakes coming in.

Heres a picture of the clutch that hatched today.

How time flies…

May 13th, 2010

as we haven’t done a post in about 3 weeks now and we are heading into another show here this Saturday. Just thought we would update, we are up to 27 females having laid, if you haven’t seen our clutch records page. We are up to 4 Clutches hatching now and will have another 6-7 by the end of May so we are hitting the most exciting time of the year.

Not to much to share we have had some good luck so far with 3 Clutches so far being double sired, 2 have hatched/ are hatching now as I type and 1 we have cut and there are two sires. Whoever says there can’t be multiple sires to a clutch is dead wrong.

Come see us at the Rocky Mountain Reptile Expo if you are in Colorado.

So far, So good

April 29th, 2010

So far we have had a pretty darn good season despite some slugs, but life is life take it as you will. We are up to 21 Females having laid eggs, 2 of which completely slugged out.  Atleast they wern’t anything extemely exciting. On an even better not, as most of you have probably seen we finally got a clutch record page setup, Nick had to do alot of looking over codes and recoding to get it to look good, let us know what you think about it by leaving a comment or e-mailing us, let us know if we should add anything else. As faras more eggs we have another 15 Females to lay that have ovulated so far and it looks like 10-15 that are still going to ovulate late this year. We had a few that went last year and just didnt want to this year, and a few that were eating like mad before the season started but as soon as the season hit they quit. This is snake breeding you definitely can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Heres a link to out You-Tube we have been making some new videos and having fun check it out and let us know what you think or want to see more of.

Youtube Channel

Just wanted to update on some stuff hatching as well, we hatched out our second clutch from Tues-Weds and ended up with 0.3 Champagne Het. Hypos and 0.2 Het Hypos, don’t ask us how but we got all females. We will have the clutch record page with a picture of them updated tomorrow.

Thats about all for today/ this week, it should be about another week or two before anything else is hatching, and we are due to get clutches almost everyday for a while but you know Ball Pythons you either get eggs really early or really late.

Thanks for reading hope you all are doing great with your breeding plans and that you had a great day
